This month I will be taking it slower and steadier than usual, as I aim to walk 2km everyday in August to raise funds for sick children. 42km your way is a great initiative because it is more inclusive of people with different abilities and fitness levels. So what are you waiting for - even if you don’t want to raise money just get out there and be active in any way you can and remember something is better than nothing!I'm going the distance for sick kids this August!
